About Morgan
Morgan Lee Gerstmar (she/her) is a Los Angeles–based coach, educator, and performer whose career bridges personal development, neuroscience, and the arts. For over two decades, she has guided her clients through moments of growth and change. Her coaching style centers on deep listening, thoughtful questioning, and creative problem-solving strategies that help clients uncover their own best answers and move forward with clarity and confidence. She specializes in supporting working parents, non-profits, neurodiverse individuals, creative professionals, and those turning side hustles into thriving full-time careers.
Morgan is currently enrolled in the UC Davis Coaching for Life and Work Certificate Program and pursuing International Coaching Federation certification. She holds a BA in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California, an MFA in Performance/Composition from the California Institute of the Arts, and a certificate in Web Design from Santa Monica College. In addition to her coaching work, she serves as Director of the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute, a 50-year-old non-profit summer intensive that brings together hundreds of participants annually for training, performance, and community building.
As a classically trained violinist and composer, Morgan has performed internationally, premiered original compositions, and collaborated across genres from experimental chamber music to rock and folk. She is married to a fellow musician turned accountant and is the mother of a 3-year-old son, a Pitsky, and a Senegal parrot. Guided by the belief that curiosity fuels growth, she enjoys an ever-changing mix of hobbies, from knitting and baking to hiking and video games. Whether on stage or in a coaching session, Morgan’s work is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and transformation.
